​Q: Do I have to be staying at one of the listed locations to receive services?
A: No. If you are not lodging at any of the locations listed, you may choose from East Island reserve or Newport Beach Hotel.
Alternatively, we may bring the spa to you, by offering our mobile spa services to your private home, Airbnb/ other.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
A credit card is needed to secure your reservation. Payment can be made at the time of appointment by credit card, cash or Venmo.
Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. However, last minute appointments may be available.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any spa reservation canceled within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the credit card on file for the services being charged the full amount of the service reserved.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for our services. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will promptly address your concerns. We strive to provide exemplary services to all customers.

Refusal of Services Policy
At Spa Newport, we prioritize the safety of our guests and practitioners. Measures such adequate lighting and appropriate space for services rendered is mandatory. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service if the above-mentioned, requirements are not met; and in such if, the guest will be charged in full for the services booked.
